How do I restore Print screen zoom control to 100% and keep it there?

In my Print screen, the zoom control has suddenly gotten stuck at 51% for every document I open. When I print the document, I get a 51% size text with a wide light grey bar on the right. In the Print screen, I can move the zoom control to 100% and the preview will return to normal, but it still prints at 51%. How do I re-establish the default 100% printing size? And how do I prevent this from occurring again? I am NOT particularly computer or internet-literate, so I have no idea what caused this to happen. Many thanks for your help.

Thanks. I checked and both are already set as you illustrate: Multiple Pages "Normal," and "1 page per sheet." A friend of mine found the advice to look in "Review" and change the "Markup" setting to "No markup." I did that and was able to print one document one time correctly - but the next time I tried to print that same document, or print another document, I had to make the change again. Don't know if that tells you anything. Is there a way to make that change globally and permanently?

Thanks, those are important pieces of information.

You are describing the Markup area which shrinks document content to reserve space for comments and/or tracked changes on the right hand side of the document.

On the Review tab, you will find commands to Accept All Changes and Stop Tracking and also to Delete All Comments in Document.

    If you are seeing this in all files that you print, from any application, look at the settings for your printer.
