Hello,

it’s been over 24 hours that I ordered my 400 Robux giftcard from 6000 bing points I earned. Usually I get the code within a few mins, instantly or within a few hours. This has never happened before. Can someone help me solve this matter?

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Usually, you will receive the email confirmation for your redeemed reward points within 24 hours.

Please try signing out and re-signing in to your Rewards account and confirm your redeemed Robux gift card on your Rewards account's order history through the link below:

https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory?form=dash_2

You can also get the code from there by selecting the "Get Code" option.

Also, please click the option "Resend" to get another copy of the confirmation from your Reward Order History.

If the issue persists after 24 hours, I highly recommend you reach out directly to Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance, as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

Best Regards,

Darhyl
