Hi Team,

My Azure subscription (ID: 37083cf9-XXXXX-ea0b37208043) has been disabled due to suspected policy violations. Unfortunately, I’m unable to submit a support ticket directly as my account access appears to be restricted.

I kindly request your assistance in escalating this matter to the Microsoft Security Review team or advising me on the next steps to resolve the issue.

This subscription was used to build a product leveraging Windows native access capabilities. We believe this may have been a misunderstanding, and we are fully committed to complying with Microsoft’s terms of use. If you could provide more details about the specific violation, we will take immediate steps to address and rectify it.

Thank you for your support

Hello Karthick Govindaswamy,

Thank you for your time on the call.

As discussed, the error you encountered when attempting to log in to the Azure Portal using your vexxxxxra-it.com account is due to the fact that your account is a Personal Microsoft Account (MSA). Because of this, authentication was redirecting to the Microsoft Services tenant instead of your intended tenant.

The error message displayed was:

"Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'e6694c91-1590-4e35-9bb7-b865c638b9c1' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."

Upon reviewing your directory, we found that your account did not exist in the target tenant. To resolve this, we invited your MSA as a guest user to the directory. After you accepted the invitation, you were successfully able to sign in to the Azure Portal without further issues.

Regarding the subscription deactivation, a support request needs to be raised with the Subscription & Account Review team to initiate the reactivation process. Once approved, your subscription will be restored, and you'll regain access to all associated Azure resources.
