Why am I unable to pay for my Microsoft 365 Family subscription?

Good day,
I hope you are well.

I am unable to pay for my Microsoft 365 Family subscription - the system is rejecting all of my cards and I don't know why, they are all valid cards I have been using for other purchases and all far from expiry dates.

Any idea why this might be happening?

Many thanks.

Best regards,
David

Hi David! My name is Ben a fellow member in the community like you and hope you are well!

With regards to this issue when you are trying to renew your Microsoft 365 subscription. Can you share with us what error message you are seeing when trying to make a payment?

In the meantime, please also check the billing address on your Microsoft account and make sure it is correct or matches the one on your card. You can check and update it here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

Also, please try using a different browser or device and see if that will allow you to make a payment.

Don't hesitate to post back here if you have other questions and we'll try our best to help.

Find your payment and under the “Payment methods” section, you’ll see a list of saved cards or payment options. Try removing and adding your payment method and make a payment again.
