How can I open a live chat or speak with someone in customer care or support?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A. I understand you want to contact support for help with your subscription. 

To contact Microsoft Support, please follow these steps:  

1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support  
2. Type Contact in the search box.  
3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or sign in to contact support below.  
4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.  
5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription.  
6. Go to Confirm.  
7. You can choose to chat with a support representative or request a call back. 

Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
