Powerpoint Trigger Issue

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Based on what I see, your triggers are set to fire animations On Click of another object, like “Decision 3” or connectors.

Please try these suggestion:

• Make sure you're in Slide Show mode - Animations and triggers won’t behave correctly if you're just previewing in editing mode. Press F5 or click Slide Show > From Beginning to test it properly.
• Check your trigger sequence - If multiple objects are using the same trigger (e.g., “Decision 3”), they’ll all appear together when that one object is clicked. To make objects appear one by one, each should have its own trigger, or use the regular On Click (not trigger) and order them using the Animation Pane.
• Avoid overlapping triggers - Don’t use arrows or connectors as triggers unless you're sure they’ll be clicked during the presentation. They’re harder to interact with live.
