Recover Contacts, Tasks & Appointments After Upgrading Microsoft Apps - Classic Outlook

I just updated my Microsoft apps and discovered that I have lost all of my contacts, tasks and appointments.

I used the Classic Version and had everything stored locally.

I now can't locate them in the Classic Outlook version after I upgraded.

How do I recover them?

What type of email account do you have configured in Outlook? POP, IMAP, Outlook.com, or Microsoft Exchange?

Did you just upgrade the software or also make a new profile?

If you were using an IMAP account and they were in folders named “(This computer only)", they were lost if you removed the account. If you made a new profile and did not delete the old one, you should still have the data file in %localappdata%\microsoft\outlook and can recover them but may need a 3rd party utility.
