VISIT SURFACE SERVICE & REPAIR PORTAL

Step 1: Open any browser

Step 2: go to Microsoft Surface Support

Step 3: sign in using Microsoft account

Step 4: Select device or Register your device

Step 5: Choose device and click next

Step 6: Described / explained brief description of the issue

Step 7: Support Method > Select "Call Support"
