How to send emails to multiple recipients i.e. 26 individuals?

I am trying to send an email to all of my club members (26) but I get the message "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients." there then follow all of the email addresses I am trying to send to followed by. "This message could not be sent. The client operation failed. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator."

How can I get Outlook.com email let me sent to multiple recipients?

Hi! Can you try and send the email to at least 1 to 3 recipients only (Test purposes). If the email will be sent without any error then It might be a anti-spam rule that has been triggered on the first attempt trying to send the email to 26 individuals. However, If it failed it's a different issue that we need to identify.

    I tried the above by sending a short test message to four of my group. (Early Morning) one of the group replied almost emediately, I thought Succsess. I then replied to him to thank him and I then received another message saying "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

     

          Subject:     RE: Just Testing

          Sent:  01/08/2025 07:09

     

    The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

     

          'Name of recipient' on 01/08/2025 07:09

                This message could not be sent. The client operation failed. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator."

    This was in responce to the single "Thank you" message I sent?
