Which type of mail account do you have? For example, IMAP accounts have certain limitations, compared to Exchange accounts. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sync-basics-what-you-can-and-cannot-sync-5537d587-4930-4ac2-b044-3568509b1294 .

    Hey there!

Nice to meet you! I'm Randy, an Independent Advisor.

To sync your Outlook calendar on Windows 11 and Android, just make sure you're signed into the same Office 365 account on both. In the Outlook app on your phone, go to Settings and enable “Sync calendars.” When adding events, make sure they’re saved to your Outlook calendar, not Google or Samsung. If you also want it to show in your phone’s calendar app, add your Microsoft account under your phone’s settings > Accounts and turn on calendar sync.

    Best regards,
