Outlook calendar wont sync with my other calendar

I'm experiencing an issue with my Outlook calendar. Events that were previously visible in another calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, a shared work calendar) are no longer appearing in my Outlook calendar. However, events I create directly within Outlook are still visible. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it

Hi @Kylian,

Thanks for using Microsoft product and posting in the Microsoft Q&A.

For another effective way if you use Google calendar is you need to subscribe to Google Calendar from the Outlook Web for it to show in your Classic Outlook, and I believe it is the main reason for your issue. Here are the steps:

  1. In your Google Calendar account, select My Calendars and choose the vertical ellipsis () to the right of the calendar name.
  2. Select Settings and sharing, scroll down to Integrate Calendar, and in the Secret address in iCal format box, select the Copy To Clipboard button.
  3. Switch to your Outlook calendar on your computer
  4. Below the calendar grid on the left, select Add calendar, then select Subscribe from web.
  5. Paste the copied URL into the address bar, put a name for it, then select Import.

For detailed information, you can refer to this Microsoft article: See your Google Calendar in Outlook

Please try and tell me how it goes.

Best regards

Are you syncing your outlook.com calendar to those other devices or apps? If so, remove the account and add it back or reshare.

If those calendars are missing from outlook:

Are you using Outlook on the web, new outlook, or classic outlook?

Was the calendar added as a separate calendar? If yes, and it is still listed in your account, select it to overlay the default calendar.

If it is not visible or is blank:

Outlook on the web: remove the calendar and add it back. You should get a new sharing url from the other account.

New outlook: Remove the account from Outlook and add it back. Remove the account in View tab > View settings > Accounts. click Manage next to the account and remove it. If you are asked if you want to remove it from all devices, say yes. (You'll need to remove and add it back on those devices too.)

Classic Outlook: Calendars only sync if you add them as an internet calendar subscription in File > Account Settings > Account Settings . Internet calendars. Remove and re-add.

Hi, as of my previous experience, you can try the following. It worked well for me: 1. Re-add Your Google Account in Outlook app 2. Verify Google Account Permissions & Outlook Access  3. Ensure "Calendars" is Enabled for the Account in Outlook iOS
