Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi,
It could be possible that the outlook profile is corrupted. It might be necessary to recreate it. Try these steps.
Go to Control Panel > Mail (Microsoft Outlook). Click show profiles. Click Add, then create a profile with another name. Add the account again and configure it. When prompted, select "Always use this profile". Start Outlook and check if Send/Receive works now. If that solves it, you can later add your old PST file manually to access the historical data (file > open and export > open outlook data file).
