Hello, my keyboard started to malfunction, when I press v, it pressée enter, and the same goes for when I press enter, it presses v, I thought it was maybe that my keyboard was dirty so I cleaned it, but it still did the same thing, I tried using the virtual keyboard, I've also tried plug-in another keyboard, it does the same, I need help, please.

Open Command Prompt, then run this command and press Enter:
msdt.exe -id KeyboardDiagnostic
Run that Keyboard Troubleshooter to see if that can solve the problem.

If that does not resolve this for you
Open Device Manager
Expand the Keyboards section
Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'
Then restart your PC

If the problem is still not resolved:
Open the Settings App, then go to Windows Updates - Update History.
What is the KB number of the last couple of updates installed.
