I need help reaching a live human in microsoft. I have call diffrent numbers for 1 month and nothing. I'm frustrated. please help I need to reach someone. made a purchase of office 2024 and can not install in my computer.

please help I haven't been able to create my powerpints

If you purchased Office directly from Microsoft, the purchase will be associated with your Microsoft account. To install and activate your product, go to your account at https://setup.office.com .

If you purchased from a third-party seller, follow their instructions to complete the install on your computer.

    thank you Jeronimo but honestly, I am running out of patience and I need someone to call me or provide me a phone number where I can call and get the help that I need. I purchased your Office 2024 for $149 on June 23 and since that day I haven’t been able to download it. Something about my computer not being compatible I’ve tried everything I’ve reached out to Google reached out to ChatGPT because your help or support system does not work just right now as I’m typing this I tried it again and when I try to sign in, it says the request is blocked. It also tells me on other occasions. That the support system is unavailable. There’s times were logged me out and it doesn’t let me lock back in as of right now I cannot even access my Microsoft account.

    Your support system doesn’t lead me anywhere and it ends up kicking me out

    For the past month, I have tried everything and I needed it for work and I am beyond frustrated. Please don’t ask me any more questions. I need to talk to someone call me or give me a phone number where I can call.

    Hi! Sorry to hear that you have troubles to install office, have you confirmed that the purchase appears in the account that you are trying to use to install it? Do that here please:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    If it appears there, select the install option, then it should start automatically, if not, you can use the download option for an offline installation
