Azure Certificate Lost

Hello Microsoft Certification Support Team ,

I recently logged into my Microsoft Certification Dashboard and noticed that one or more of my previously earned certification are missing.

Details:

  • Full Name: Loo Wee Leong
  • Microsoft Account Email (currently used): ******@outlook.com
  • MCP ID you may refer my attach file.

please help me recover or merge the certification profiles so that i can access my complete certification history and records, due to this issue i not able to renew as assessment for my az104 and azure virtual desktop specialty.

on 6th August i have pass my az305 until now i still not receive my certificate yet.

Your certification should be on your Certifications tab. If you don't see it on your certifications tab please us link below to create Certification support request:

https://aka.ms/credentialssupport

Creating support request screen should appear similar to below. You may need to select different options depending on your needs:
