How can I disable the pop-up ad for Pro Writing Aid and the Draft with Co-Pilot facility in Word?

I'm subscribed to MS 365 Personal with Premium Onedrive. When I open Word and want to create a written document, the minute I begin typing the pop-up ad for Pro Writing Aid appears where I want to type and obscures what I'm doing. It seems impossible to stop this happening. It keeps coming back after a few more words are typed. This makes writing the simplest document tiresome. How can I permanently disable this pop-up?

Also, is it possible to disable 'Draft with Copilot'which is another 'help' I don't want.

Having these symbols continually drawing attention to themselves irritates me and makes what was once an easy and enjoyable task frustrating, especially as I write long documents.

In the desktop version of Word, you can disable Copilot: select File > Options > Copilot, clear the 'Enable Copilot' check box, and click OK.

In the online (browser) version of Word, there does not seem to be a way to do so. ☹️
