I have the following 3 Graph API calls to create a standard planner , then bucket inside it and its tasks:-
This is working for standard planner, but not sure how to do the same for premium planner ?

There is no support for Premium plans via the Graph API currently, nor any other "official" API for that matter.

Not via the Graph API, no. Apparently it is possible to do so via the Project Schedule APIs. If you want to explore this route, this should be a good starting point: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/project-operations/project-management/schedule-api-preview

That's what Premium plans are, in essence.
