Not able to register for exam- GH-300: GitHub Copilot

Hello Team,

While trying to register for the exam GH-300: GitHub Copilot, I am getting below error:

Microsoft registrations are currently not permitted for Sk Ajaruddin Ali. Please direct any questions to your Pearson VUE Registration Center.

I have connected with Pearson VUE support desk they mention that there is block in my Microsoft account.

Can you please help me to unblock my account so that i can processed with GH-300 exam schedule?
