May I ask if you are using the new Outlook?
In the meantime, please check if you have the option below.
- Try to change the view in Outlook to folder view
- Check the deleted calendar as a folder under the Deleted Items.
- Right-click the calendar you want to recover > Click Move Calendar > select Calendar.
