Whenever I restart windows "WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER" comes up. How do I make this go away?

Hi! That usually happens when there are multiple boot entries saved in your system’s Boot Configuration Data (BCD), or if Windows didn’t cleanly update it after an installation/upgrade. You can stop Windows Boot Manager from appearing at startup in a couple of ways:

  1. Press Win + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
  2. Go to the Boot tab.
  3. If you see more than one Windows entry, select the one you actually use.
  4. Click Set as default.
  5. Highlight any other unwanted entries and click Delete.
  6. At the bottom, set Timeout to 0 (or at least 3 seconds if you want a fallback).
  7. Apply and restart.
