Surface devices, especially the USB-C port is built into the motherboard, so it’s not something that can be replaced or repaired by users. If you're having trouble with it, the best option is to reach out to Microsoft Support or visit an authorized service center they’ll be able to help without risking further damage.

    On Surface devices, the USB-C port is soldered to the motherboard — not user-replaceable.

    You’d need to contact Microsoft Surface Support for a repair/replacement.
