- Sign out from Teams (if possible) Open the Teams app > tap your profile icon in the top-left > tap Sign out. That’s your first step toward clearing things.
- If the old accounts still show up after signing out, you’ll need to wipe the app’s data. Go to Settings on your Android phone > Apps (or Apps & notifications) > find Microsoft Teams. Open Storage & cache (or just Storage) > tap Clear cache, then Clear storage or Clear data. Restart Teams. That usually clears the saved login attempts.
- Sometimes Teams lists come from your phone's account sync. Go to Settings > Accounts or Users & accounts. Find any old Microsoft or work/school accounts listed, then tap and select Remove account.
