Hello, good day and thanks for your question. This is not applicable in Windows 11 anymore but you can look at options for a third party programs or tools like Winaero, ExplorerPatcher and StartAllBack which you are available over the internet that you can download and install to be able to get the ability to move the taskbar to your preference.
