Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your tag, I've seen that you use New Outlook. I'm not sure if you've already tried this, but sometimes a quick repair can fix these kinds of glitches. You can follow the instructions here to repair your Office installation: Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support
If repairing it doesn't work, please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application, and then sign in again. Then, kindly help me update the latest version.
If it's still not working after that, you should try clearing your saved credentials by following these steps:
- Press the Windows key + S, then type in Credential Manager.
- Select Windows Credential.
- Look for any entries related to Outlook, MicrosoftOffice, or your email address.
- Expand each entry and click Remove to delete it.
- Afterward, restart Outlook. It will prompt you for your password one more time, but this should resolve the issue for good.

If you've already tried these steps and are still running into the same problem, don't worry. Just let me know, and we can explore some other options together. (Please help me update because if we do all of the methods but still doesn't work, maybe it has policy of your organization have been applied in your account).
Looking forward to your response!
