Since the latest update my office keeps freezing, updates now wont update and the app for my new printer will not open so I can't install my new printer. Thereis just the constant scrolling but nothing actually opens or works. Why is this happening and please can you fix these problems so I can use my pc and new printer?
Open the Settings App.
Go to Windows Update - Update History.
What is the KB number of the latest updates installed on your PC?
Also, if you scroll to the bottom of that window and click 'Uninstall Updates', is there an option to uninstall the update that is causing the problems.
