How can I get a certificate after completing a Microsoft Learn module or learning path?

I have completed several Microsoft Learn modules and see the badges in my profile. But I don’t see any option to download a certificate. Do Microsoft Learn modules provide certificates of completion, or are certificates only available for official certification exams?
