How do I connect a Stand alone wireless Key Board to my Lap Top

I have a stand alone witreless kedyboard that I want to connect to my new Laptop as the keys on my lap top are silver the same colour as the lap top and very difficult to see when typing!!

Thank you for that information Logitech indicate that the Logi keyboard K270 is a wireless keyboard with a USB dongle, not a Bluetooth keyboard.

Open the Battery compartment under the keyboard, are you able to find the USB dongle in there, if so take it out and connect it to one of the USB ports on your laptop.

    It depends on the type of keyboard you have, is it a wired keyboard, or a Wireless or Bluetooth keyboard, does it come with a USB dongle?

    If you are unsure, what is the make and model of your external keyboard.
