How do I go about to get my startup reverified

I have the same problem. I created a support ticket a few days ago but did not receive a reply yet. I did not want to create a different entry for the same issue, thus, the message here.

I do not know how to proceed. Could you please help me?

I did not see any specific field to upload a document. I only filled in the data asked. The support team has replied to me in the meantime. They offered to guide me on what documents are needed and how to submit them. I think that will solve the issue. I will share here if not.

Verification issues in Microsoft for Startups can occur during the business or domain verification process, which is necessary to confirm that your startup is a legally registered entity and that the domain provided belongs to your business. This step is essential for unlocking Azure credits and other program benefits. The process usually takes up to seven business days, so it’s recommended to start early and ensure all documents are up to date—specifically within the last 12 months. Make sure the business name and address in your documents exactly match your Founders Hub profile. If any changes are made to your startup information, such as the name or address, it may trigger a new verification process.

In case of repeated verification failures, you can upload additional documents like domain purchase receipts or business registration records using the "Re-verify Domain" option on the Founders Hub homepage. It’s also important to verify that the domain listed in your profile is correct and that you provide clear proof of ownership. Then, select "Domain registry confirmation records" as the document type, upload the relevant document showing proof of ownership, and ensure that the information provided matches your Founders Hub profile exactly.

However, if you encounter any issues related to your account, the support team will be happy to assist you.

I have used the first $1000 dollars, and I wanted to unlock the $5000. I entered the information and I got these results We couldn’t verify your startup. I wanted to offer additional information such as my company registration in South Africa.

Since you have already utilized the initial $1,000 credits, unlocking the additional $5,000 requires completing the startup verification. If you are unable to re-verify your startup directly through the Founders Hub portal, you can raise a support ticket so the verification team can manually review your case. Please attach your South African company registration certificate, along with any other relevant documents such as a tax certificate or domain registrar confirmation, to help validate your business details.

To do this, sign in to the Founders Hub portal and select Support to submit your ticket. In your request, clearly outline the issue you are facing and attach the relevant documents. Once received, the support team will review your case and guide you through the remaining steps for re-verification.
