May I please confirm whether you have registered your Office Home 2024 product key with a different Microsoft account and would like to transfer the license to another account?
If your answer is Yes, then you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly. Once a license is registered to an account, it cannot be transferred to another account on your own. only Microsoft Support has the necessary tools to assist with this process.
- Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
- Type "Talk to an agent," then click Get Help.
- At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Please sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you are encountering the same issue when using the affected account, please use a different one to contact the Microsoft support team.
- Select "Office Products" > Confirm.
- Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
