Azure certificate reschedule page showing error

The page for rescheduling Azure certification exams shows error "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support." and there's no easy way to contact Microsoft support.

I need to reschedule my exam latest 24 before the booked session and I'm running out of time!
