Hi! Outlook can only sync calendars for accounts that actually provide a calendar service (Exchange/Microsoft 365/Outlook.com, Google, iCloud); if your Virgin Media email is set up in Outlook as IMAP or POP, mail will sync but calendars won’t, as mentioned here:

    Hi Jeronimo

I understand your explanation about mail will sync but calendars won’t, due to Virginmedia email is set up in Outlook as IMAP or POP.

However, on my Desktop PC's both have IMAP and I could still use Outlook calendar/dairy.

Now I am trying to do the same on my new laptop, but this won't work? I don't understand as when I checked in the settings of Laptop and my PC's they are all set up as IMAP.

    Regards.

    Chris
