Exam discounts (such as 50% off AZ-900) are only applied if:

You are signed in with the same email ID that received the discount offer.

The discount is still valid and not expired.

You have correctly applied the voucher/discount link provided in the email when scheduling the exam through the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Please try booking the exam by clicking directly on the link in your email while signed in with the eligible account. If the discount still does not appear, raise a support request with Microsoft Certification Support here: Exam Discounts and Vouchers Support.
