I cannot open the Onenote both on the webpages and ipad.

I created a notebook on my windows computer onenote app and wrote some notes inside. I stored the notebook on my personal onedrive and was able to successfully update the notebook as well.

However, when I wanted to open the same notebook on my ipad, it always popped up a notification said "onenote can only sync with internet connection". My internet connect is fine, so i restarted my ipad. However, it didn't work.

So i opened my windows computer again and tried to open the onenote through webpages. And this time it didn't even allow me to open the onenote online. The screenshot is shown below.

I didn't close my onenote app since I don't want to lose all the notes that I have taken and I'm not sure whether the notes are synced or not.

Hello, Microsoft leverages OneDrive to store your OneNote content. There's currently a service degradation going on that causes the issue. It is not an issue on your end. Just have to wait for Microsoft to fix this. You can monitor service status here: https://status.cloud.microsoft/m365/referrer=serviceStatusRedirect Scroll down to find the Microsoft consumer products section.
