Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Remove your desktop device from the connected devices list and restart your mobile.

On your PC, go to Bluetooth settings > Remove your iPhone from the list.

  1. Then, close the Phone Link app if it is open.
  2. Search for Phone Link in the search bar on the taskbar, right-click the search results, and select App settings.
  3. Scroll down and select Reset.

Once reset, try connecting your iPhone to your Windows 11 PC via the Phone Link app. (Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON on both the devices and says connected)

Make sure you allow all the permissions (Contacts, Messages) during the Setup.

Let me know if you still need more help.
