Although I was told that the older version of Microsoft Teams in version 16.88 of Office 365 would work for MacOS Monterey, the app when launched says it is not compatible. I heard that there is a workaround. I'd appreciate if someone could let me know what that is.

Unfortunately, there is currently no Teams application which can be installed on MacOS Monterey 12.7.4.

However, you may still be able to run the Online Web version in a recent browser.
I have tested the online web version and that works, so it will have to do. Thanks!

16.88 should work. May I know if you removed the older Office version completely?

It was a clean install of 16.88, but it still didn't work.
