Help Needed - Missed SC-900 Exam

Hello Support Team,

 

I booked my SC-900 exam at 1:15 AM by mistake, thinking it was 1:15 PM. Because of this, I missed the exam time.

My Registration ID is 516168267.

I kindly ask if you can give me a one-time reschedule.

This exam is very important for my career, and I am eager to complete it.

Wait 30 Hours After the Missed Exam

  • Microsoft requires a 30-hour waiting period after the missed appointment before you can take any action in your certification dashboard.

Check Your Certification Dashboard

  • Visit your Microsoft Certification Dashboard
  • Go to “Exam Providers” → Select Pearson VUE → Click “Exam History”.
  • You may see an option to reschedule if your exam is eligible.

If No Reschedule Option Appears

  • You’ll need to file a support request with Microsoft Certification Support:
    • Go to the Training Support Forum
    • Include your Registration ID (516168267) and explain the situation clearly (e.g., time zone confusion).
    • Be polite and request a one-time courtesy reschedule.
