Microsoft were initially adding processors to the list when Windows 11 was released, but they stopped that shortly afterwards, no other processors will be added to the list, you have a good strong processor, but it is a 7th gen Intel Core i7 and the minimum requirements for Windows 11 is an 8th gen Intel processor, they indicate it is not about the speed or strength of the processor, it is about the security features supported on the processor.
