I'm not getting any sound from my PC

The headphones and headset connected to my computer are not producing any sound.

I have already checked all the output drivers. My computer does not have built-in speakers, and I have confirmed that the headphones and headset are not faulty.

I suspect the issue may be either with the audio driver or the computer’s audio jack. I pressed "test" on each audio endpoints in the Sound Control Panel, and it all show me an error message says "Failed to play test tone". There is no disabled device.

My headphones and other external devices were working fine until just a few hours ago. I don’t think they could all have broken at the same time.
