My AI-102 certification renewal is disabled prior to the expiration date. I need help to enable it.

I am trying to renew my certification for AI-102 Azure AI Engineer certification renewal. For some reason the option to renew is disabled prior to the expiration date in October. I can I fix this issue.

There's a bug with this certification. I submitted a ticket and this was their response:

We understand how important it is to keep your certifications up to date, and we’re sorry for any confusion or frustration this issue may have caused. Some users are currently experiencing difficulty renewing their Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification, even though the renewal window is open. Our team has identified that the renewal page may be showing an incorrect message indicating that the certification isn’t yet eligible for renewal.

Please know that we’re actively investigating this issue with urgency. While we don’t have a specific timeline to share just yet, resolving this is a top priority, and our engineering team is working diligently behind the scenes to get things back on track.

In the meantime, we recommend checking the renewal option periodically, as availability may update without prior notice. We’ll continue to share updates as soon as more information becomes available.

This is really unacceptable from Microsoft. I hope it doesn't take too long, I don't want to have to start all over again with the certification.

could you please share, how did you submit the support ticket ? I mean, which support service did you use? asking because yesterday I chatted with the support team and they reffered me to https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/ where I can not submit the ticket

Hi @Ike Imala ,

if the Azure Subscription is already deleted the only option I can see is to create a service request with Azure Support:

Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

If, however, the subscription has been deleted for some reason. I don't see the charges anymore. How can you help with this?

Can someoone also help me out on my subscription. It appears microsoft disabled my subscription due to none payment of charges. I can I get my previous subscription back?

Hi @Ike Imala ,

if I understand correctly you have outstanding charges at Microsoft for your Azure Subscription?

If so you have to pay your outstanding bills first before the Azure Subscription can be reactivated again.
