I have tried downloading Windows 11. My download was interrupted and now when I attempt to download it again I get this error message:
"Error
We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed. If you believe that you encountered this problem in error, please try again. If the problem persists you may contact Microsoft Support – Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to message code 715-123130 and fbe483cf-0a33-4172-8a05-685d47f887f8."
Is there anything I can do to resolve this and attempt to download again?
That is a regular error many people see when they try to directly download the Windows 11 ISO using the 3rd (bottom) option on that Microsoft web page, use the 2nd (middle) option to download the Media Creation Tool, then open that tool and choose to create a Windows 11 ISO on your C drive, not a bootable USB.
If you are still unable to download the Windows 11 ISO, what language version of the Windows 11 ISO do you need?
The media creation tool seems to be a fine workaround. Apologies for not thoroughly trying out options and appreciate your quick response.
