Install the Microsoft PC Manager from the MS Store.
It has Boost and Deep Clean options to cleanup temporary files.

2 days ago, I already cleaned up my disk space and deleting my unused apps after asking for help on this website for upgrading to Windows 11 due to end of support of Windows 10 is looming near. Now, I am facing a new problem. The temporary files is 0 bytes, but when I start scanning with treesize, the result show this. I searched online that I still need more space for upgrade. On Treesize, what should I delete? Thank you.

The screenshot of TreeSize indicates there is 36.1GB of data in the Temp folder, that can all be safely deleted.
Open File Explorer.
In the Address Bar in File Explorer, type %temp% and press Enter.
That will open the Temp folder, ensure you are in the Temp folder, then in there, press Ctrl + A to select everything and press Delete.
Wait for the files to be deleted, there will be some files that cannot be deleted, that is normal, skip those files.
Then, empty your Recycle Bin and that space should have been cleared form your drive.

Wait for the files to be deleted, there will be some files that cannot be deleted, that is normal, skip those files.
Then, empty your Recycle Bin and that space should have been cleared form your drive.
