System 32 keeps showing up every now and again on my pc and takes me out of whatever I was tabbed into

Ok so as the title says system 32 keeps popping up for a sec and then closing randomly (Don't think it's random, but you know what I mean) and it sometimes shows up with another program that looks something like this;

I believe I've had this issue before and the pauses got longer and longer, but that was years ago and they haven't gotten longer like that time. I scanned with Windows AND Malewarebytes yet this problem still remains, it's very annoying especially when I am trying to play a game or do some work in either SFM or Blender, I'm using windows 10 and this issue has been around for maybe 2 months now. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

It is no longer System 32 that is showing up, there is now something else

Hi,

In the Windows search, 

Type' cmd', right-click it, and choose' Run as Administrator'.

Do you see a black Command Prompt window?

Does the issue persist in a clean boot state?

Type “msconfig” (without quotes) and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, select the Services tab.

Check the box next to “Hide all Microsoft services”. Ensure you do it carefully, and not disable all Microsoft services.

Click on “Disable all”.

Select the Startup tab and click on “Open Task Manager”.

In the Task Manager window, select each startup item and click on “Disable”.

Close Task Manager and click on OK in the System Configuration window.

Restart your computer.

    If it's still happening, please provide Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs for analysis.

    Note: If you are using Edge or Chrome, SmartScreen may initially block the download. Click on the three dots next to the warning and select Keep => Click the Delete drop arrow => Keep anyway.

    • If your computer's language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe
    • Run the tool, leave the default settings, and press Scan.
    • Zip the logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, then upload to a cloud storage service like OneDrive, Google Drive or gofile.io
    • Post the share link.
