I recently passed the Microsoft 365 Administrator (Exam MS-102), but the certification is not appearing under the Certificates section in my Microsoft Learn profile.

I can see the exam result under my transcript, but the certification badge has not been issued. It has already been more than 48 hours since I took the exam.

Could you please advise why the certification is not showing? Do I need to complete any additional steps, or could this be an account-linking issue? If required, I can provide my exam and account details privately through the correct support channel.

Hi @Manohar Chowdary Cherukuri,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Since the result appears on your transcript, but the certification itself hasn't been issued, the most likely passing the MS-102 exam is only one of two requirements for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification.

To earn the full title, you must also hold one of the following Associate-level certifications:  User's image

Reference: Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator - Certifications | Microsoft Learn

Please help me confirm if you currently hold one of the prerequisite Associate-level certifications listed above.

If you do hold one, the Administrator Expert certification should be issued within 48-72 hours of the MS-102 results being processed.

If you do not hold a prerequisite, the Expert certification will not be issued until you pass the required Associate exam.

If you have already met both requirements (passed MS-102 and hold a prerequisite), the issue could be an account linking problem.

  • If the prerequisite certification is under a different email/Microsoft account, your Certifications profile may not be correctly consolidating your history.
  • Ensure your personal Microsoft Account (MSA) is linked to all your certification history on your Microsoft Learn profile.

If you have confirmed that you have met both the MS-102 exam requirement and the prerequisite certification and the certificate/badge is still missing after 48-72 hours, you need to contact the specialized Microsoft Credentials Support team.

As a moderator, I do not have the necessary tools or permissions to access the systems related to your certification records or account details. Therefore, I strongly recommend you reach out directly to the dedicated Training Support team. They have the right access to investigate missing certifications, account linking, and issuance delays:

Please let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance. I'm still here to help!

Looking forward to your response!
