Pearson VUE answered: "Exam shows as delivered successfully. However, for issues accessing your results or certificate, this appears to be a matter related to the Microsoft learning portal. We kindly advise you to contact Microsoft directly for further assistance, as they will be able to resolve access or delivery issues."
Last year on 2.10.2024 I received confirmation that the Microsoft 365 MS-900 MSE26A09598C exam was passed. Please could you send me the certificate again? I did not save it and cannot find it anywhere. My employer needs it, and I should include it on my CV.

Please guide me on how I can see the certificate of my passed exam in my account? There is some kind of technical problem that prevents me from seeing the certificate.
Last year on 2.10.2024 I received confirmation that the Microsoft 365 MS-900 MSE26A09598C exam was passed.
I accidentally deleted the answers on how to see my exam certificate again and forward it. Please, can you write again.
