How to fix my MS Word?

My MS Word is not opening. It says, " Word has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Word will need to be closed as a result." even though it continues further by asking "would you like us to repair" and i did select the option of "repair now" a number of times. it is still not working. kindly look into the matter.

    As you have found, Repair Now often does not work.

    Instead, exit all Office applications and then run an Online Repair. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b .

    Note that an Online Repair often includes a reinstallation of Office. Therefore, before you begin, verify that you can access your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services and that your Office product is associated with it.
