Meeting I scheduled is not on my calendar

There are several ways that the meeting you scheduled disappeared from your calendar, accidental deletion, sync issues, someone else with permission modified it.

Check you Deleted items folder

• Go to Outlook (desktop app or web).
• Open the Deleted Items folder.
• Look for the missing meeting or series. If found → Right-click → Move → Calendar.

Use Recover Deleted Items (if not in Deleted Items)

• In the Deleted Items folder, look for Recover items recently removed from this folder (in Outlook desktop or web).
• Search for your missing meeting.
• Select and Restore.

Verify Calendar Filters & Views

• In Calendar, make sure you’re in Month or Week view.
• Check that “View → Reset View” is applied.

You can consider as well who has access to your calendar, they may have cancel it. You can also ask your attendees if they can see the series in their calendars. If yes, ask them to forward the meeting back to you.

Check as well if it was a series, the series end date may be passed already without you knowing
