I’m trying to set up Extended Security Updates (ESU) for a Windows 10 PC that runs some critical programs for our company. We don’t want to upgrade to Windows 11 yet.

When attempting to enable ESU in the Update section, I receive a message saying it’s not available in my region.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

We’re located in Slovenia (EU).

I was able to get enrolled. I had to sign in with my Microsoft account instead of the old local one. I also turned on my location and restarted the PC.

    Hope it helps somebody.
