Unable to register for AI-900 Certification using training day voucher

Hi Team,
I have attended virtual training day and received mail eligible for 50% discount.
I am unable to find any voucher or discount in the mail, i have followed all the process mentioned in the mail on the Pearson site but still unable to see any discount.
I have enrolled training using [mod: redacted]@gmail.com
I am not able to find any medium to post in certification pages so submitting support ticket. Please help in guiding on triaging to correct team or how to avail the discount. attaching screenshot for reference.
