I signed up for Microsoft 365 and I would like to cancel it. I have been trying to and nothing is happening

Typically, you have to turn off recurring billing, if it is enabled, and then you should be able to cancel in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services .

I just need to delete the login for the account @gmail.com. I am using another MS 365 account with a different login.

Are you saying that the subscription has been cancelled? In that case, there is nothing more you have to do. If you haven't signed in to the account in that time, it has likely been permanently closed by Microsoft.

Do you mean that you want to delete the log-in which is stored on your PC? Remove it from the saved credentials in your web browser. You should also look in the Windows Credential Manager and see if it is stored there as well.
