Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.
May I know what troubleshooting steps have you already taken? This will help me avoid recommending them again.
In the meantime, if you haven’t already, in many cases, this happens after an update, and re-pairing the device usually fixes it.
Please try these steps:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Find your JBL Go2, select the three dots (⋯), and choose Remove device.
- Then, turn off your speaker and turn it back on and make sure it is in pairing mode.
- Reconnect it by selecting Add device > Bluetooth, and choose your JBL Go2 from the list.
